Please ship all items to:

All items should be shipped completely disassembled in a box or container that can be used for safe return shipping. Please ship only items that are being decorated. CCC is not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping. CCC will insure all return shipping on items for the price of decoration. Please provide a pre-paid return-shipping label with each box or container. If return shipping is not provided a 15% shipping fee will be added to your order.

Product Preparation:

Products should be all be clean and free from decals or adhesives. Product should be fully disassembled and will be re-turned this way. If additional cleaning or disassembly is needed customer will be contacted and additional charge maybe applied.
